Physical Independence. Community residents must be physically and mentally independent to move into Canterbury Tower.
One-Time Entrance Fee. Residents pay an Entrance Fee based upon the size and location of the chosen unit. This ensures the security of knowing if residents’ circumstances change and they need to utilize our Health Center for a long-term stay, they will have a guaranteed space as well as be offered a significant discount towards care fees.
Canterbury Tower offers studios and one-and two-bedroom apartments that can reflect your personal comfort, style and design. Weekly housekeeping and linen service can help ensure your lifestyle choice is care-free.
